Custom Home Building Process: 12-18 month Timeline

  • Secure your lot with a $20k fully refundable deposit.

  • Choose your builder after meeting each one.

  • Submit a design deposit and work with your builder's design team to begin customizing your floor plan, elevation and finishes.

  • The final building plans will be submitted to the Town of Oakland and as soon as permits are issued you will break ground on the construction of your dream home!
